Threshold Calibration under Environmental Shift: A Reproducible Audit with Synthetic Wildlife Monitoring Scenarios — manuscript, code and simulation data
Description
Full research manuscript and complete reproducibility package for Threshold Calibration under Environmental Shift: A Reproducible Audit with Synthetic Wildlife Monitoring Scenarios. manuscript.docx is the research draft. code-and-data.zip contains both the original Gaussian/digit/misspecification study and synthetic wildlife extension, including code, inputs, output tables and automated checks. FILE_DESCRIPTIONS.json describes members; THIRD_PARTY_ATTRIBUTION.txt credits the UCI digit dataset (10.24432/C50P49, CC BY 4.0). The digit snapshot is reused material, not newly collected data. AI assisted coding, execution, checking and manuscript preparation. Numerical outputs come from actual execution. Automated checks do not constitute independent human validation. The submitting representative has affirmed reliability. Synthetic wildlife scenarios are not field observations. The manuscript is a preprint/research draft, not a claim of peer-reviewed acceptance.

Steps to reproduce
Extract code-and-data.zip and follow the original README and recorded environment. Preserve the original seeds and loop order. Consult FILE_DESCRIPTIONS.json and TABLE_INVENTORY.json; shared runners may generate other studies, but only this study is proposed in the deposit. No new physical experiment or trained-model evaluation is implied.
