The data describes a scenario where a food poisoning event affects 2 restaurants; one, a fine dining restaurant, and the other a casual dining restaurant. The main hypothesis was that the fine dining restaurant will have higher negative word of mouth after a transgression than the casual chain. The second part describes a response strategy where the brands use a promotional campaign and the other an advertising campaign to try and get consumers back.
