Description of this data

The current dataset is for the optimization of the decolorization of Direct Blue 2B by a novel indigenous microbial consortium isolated from soil from an industrial area. It contains the optimization procedure and the corresponding Direct Blue 2B degradation efficiency results. Data on the ability of the isolated microbial consortium to proliferate in contaminated soils is also presented.
