Description

Conducted online in 2021 in accordance with ESOMAR principles, the survey data captures responses from 250 people employed in decision making managerial roles with the United Kingdom service sector, employed by commercial companies of 250+ people or the public sector. The eight questions are designed to determine end user computing device selection criteria, the importance of product carbon footprint to this process and post purchase greenhouse gas emissions reporting behaviours. The survey data has the potential to be used to improve practices related to sustainable information technology procurement and product life cycle management within the country’s largest employment sector that is subject to associated policy and legislation.
