Full access to continuous improvement for many organizations is critical. One of the obstacles is human resource issues and employees’ characteristics and attitudes. The most recent research in the field of continuous improvement, according to the employee has been checked, but internal factors and behavioral characteristics have been less accurate. In this paper, these psychological factors are described.
