Normative reference value of single leg bridge test in normal adult’s.

Description

The single leg bridge test (SLBT) can be used to determine the strength and stability of the hip extensor muscles. The study included 50 participants (29 males and 21 females). Before the test, the demographics and characteristics of the outcome measure were assessed. The single leg bridge test is taught to the participants and recorded as the right leg and left leg holding time in seconds. With respect to weight and BMI, the typical values of the single leg bridge for the right leg are (102 sec) and for the left leg are (96 sec) for both male and female participants.
