Description

Today, smart supply chains face different risks than ever before due to disturbances, natural disasters, and others. This study develops a new approach to dealing with smart supply chain risks inspired by business continuity that can meet the appropriate measures in the event of disruptions. The study first assesses and analyzes risks in order to identify disruptive incidents using the fuzzy risk matrix so that the organization can, in light of this, selection of risk treatment plans. The proposed framework takes advantage of the fuzzy inference system and the multi-criteria decision-making method to analyze uncertain information. Finally, the proposed framework has proven effective in dealing with smart supply chain risks and prioritizing them.
