These datasets mainly involve cell experiments of diabetic retinopathy, and discuss the relationship between metabolism memory induced by high-glucose and related pathways through basic research methods.

Steps to reproduce

Molecular biology experiment. 1. Human retinal pigment epithelial cell culture before establishing high-glucose and metabolic memory  model, followed by miR-204 plasimd infection. 2. Detecting related protein and mRNA by RT-qPCR, western blot and cellular immunohistochemistry staining, and detecting the apoptosis by flow cytometry. 3. Collecting data through ABI 7500, Bio-Rad,  fluorescence microscope and BD AccuriC6. 4. Analysis of data using GraphPad Prism 6.0, Image J and SPSS.24
