Description

A computationally derived set of 66,672 evolutionarily plausible H5N1 hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA) genotype pairs, generated from 20,755 HA and 19,873 NA sequences via epistatic module-guided recombination. Includes 1,000 high-priority variants annotated for mammalian adaptation markers, polybasic cleavage sites, stalk deletions, and antiviral resistance.
