Description

We have made the following resources publicly available to facilitate reproducibility and encourage further research in this area: SSM-Based Muscle Attachment Mapping Code: Adaptive annotation of patient-specific muscle attachment points. OpenSim Workflow Scripts: Scripts for reconstructing patient-specific musculoskeletal models and simulating biomechanical analyses.

Files

Steps to reproduce

The resources provided above include three open-access files: Case1_pelvicreduction_model: Skeletal model of Patient 1, including reduction path data and attachment point data. Case2_pelvicreduction_model: Skeletal model of Patient 2, including reduction path data and attachment point data. SSMfitting_Case1_and_Case2: OpenSim modeling scripts, along with code for adaptively fitting the standard pelvic template to the skeletal models of Patients 1 and 2 using the SSM (Statistical Shape Model) method. This file also includes data on muscle attachment points. These resources collectively encompass patient-specific skeletal modeling, reduction pathway simulations, and attachment point annotations to facilitate reproducibility and further research.
