Description

Dataset for the article "Optimal biomechanical parameters for measuring sclerotic chronic graft-versus-host disease" Contact Information: Eric Tkaczyk, Vanderbilt Dermatology Translational Research Clinic, Nashville, Tennessee, U.S.A., eric.tkaczyk@vumc.org 'MyoXSection_DataForStats_v6_forMendeley.csv' This data set is a table of biomechanical parameter values measured using the MyotonPRO for 15 sclerotic cGVHD patients and 11 post-transplant controls. The column headings are defined as follows: Subject ID: study subject identification number, numbered 1 through 26 Subject Type: study group, where cGVHD = sclerotic cGVHD, post-HCT control = post-hematopoietic cell transplant patients with no GVHD diagnosis Sites: anatomic site on the subject where the measurement was taken Decrement: measurement value for the decrement parameter Stiffness: measurement value for the dynamic stiffness parameter Frequency: measurement value for the frequency parameter Relaxation time: measurement value for the relaxation time parameter Creep: measurement value for the creep parameter
