On the migration of youngsters’ Internet access from school computers to personal mobile phones and their change in the use of the Internet

Description

Despite the increasing home and mobile broadband Internet access, making the use of the Internet to become ubiquitous in students' lives, the availability of computers for students in schools has been drastically reduced since 2010 and the migration of students' Internet access to smartphones did not occur within schools, where its use is prohibited. Most importantly than the migration of students' Internet access from computers to personal mobile devices, however, there was also a significant qualitative replacement in that process outside of school, namely in the finality of the Internet access, with a vast predominance of entertainment activities over 'doing homework'.
