Description

This work is to rationally designed and constructed a novel micro/nano oxide multistructures on Ti alloy surface using HF/HCl etching and IHT oxidizing. The IHT technology is a kind of a rapid, economical, environmentally friendly and easily processable method based on the inherent skin effect of induction current, which is very suitable for being used in surface multifunction of Ti-based biomaterials. Besides, exploring the rapid construction method of bioactive multiscale structures and their biological mechanism derived us to carry out this work. The novelty of this study was to explored the developing tendency of hierarchical structures in further clinical application of high-performance bone implants.
