Description

Relative transcript expression in septic grade 4/5 sole ulcer lesions of the lateral bovine claw. Transcript expression in the ulcer center and ulcer margin is compared to transcript expression in "lesion free" epidermis and dermis lying within 2-3 cm of the ulcer lesion. Transcript expression in the ulcer center, ulcer margin and epidermal and dermal tissue within 2-3 cm of the ulcer lesion is also compared to transcript expression in the medial claw removed from the same limb with the septic ulceration if the lateral claw.
