Steps to reproduce
Prepare the Questionnaire Use the same AHP-based service-weight questionnaire included in this dataset (PDF/Excel). The questionnaire lists neighborhood services and requires pairwise comparisons on the Saaty scale (1–9). Select Participants Recruit urban planning experts with relevant experience in urban design, transportation planning, or service accessibility analysis. A minimum of 5–10 experts is recommended to ensure consistency. Administer the Survey Distribute the questionnaire electronically (e.g., Google Forms, email, SurveyMonkey) or in printed format. Instruct participants to complete all pairwise comparisons. Collect Responses Download all expert responses in raw format (e.g., Excel). Ensure no missing pairwise entries. Aggregate Expert Judgments Compute the geometric mean of all expert pairwise comparison matrices to produce a single aggregated matrix. Apply standard AHP procedures to derive the normalized service weights. Check Consistency Calculate the Consistency Ratio (CR) for each expert and for the aggregated matrix. Exclude or revise responses with CR > 0.10 if necessary. Generate Final Weights Export the final normalized weights into CSV or Excel format. These final weights appear in the dataset.
