Description

7 cancer cell lines (CAKI1, CAKI2, COLO205, EFM192A, HCT116, SNUC1) were treated with KS10076 or DMSO (1uM for 24hrs) in triplicates, and each was run for RNA-seq analysis using TruSeq Stranded mRNA LT Sample Prep Kit with Illumina platform by Macrogen. The dataset is the processed final gene count (txt) files.
