De novo transcriptome assembly in yerba mate cultivar 16318 INASE-Argentina
Description
We present here two de novo transcriptome assemblies from leaves of I. paraguariensis cultivar 16318 INASE-Argentina, NCBI PRJNA251985-SRR1411087. Trinity-assembled sequences account 243,006 -[Busco embryophyta_odb10; C:87.7%(S:28.1%,D:59.6%),F:5.3%,M:7.0%]- and those assembled via rnaSPAdes account 258,352 -[Busco embryophyta_odb10; C:85.0%(S:58.3%,D:26.7%),F:7.4%,M:7.6%]-.

Steps to reproduce
72 M paired-end reads of SRR1411087 were submitted to Trimmomatic 0.38.0 to trim adapters and low quality bases (slidingwindow, 4 bases, 20 average quality). Both paired and unpaired trimmed reads were submitted to an assembly step via Trinity 2.9.1 using default parameters (minimum count for K-mers to be assembled: 1). Additionaly, paired trimmed reads were submitted to an assembly step via rnaSPAdes 3.15.3 using default parameters (select k-mer detection option: auto).
