Empirical investigation of factors influencing willingness to use intelligent library chatbots: The role of algorithm literacy
Description
The formal questionnaire was distributed online, resulting in 262 responses. After excluding inva-lid responses, there were 239 valid samples.Most participants are aged between 18 and 32, with a majority holding undergraduate or master's degrees. The highest proportion are university students, reflecting the characteristics of the library reader group with a predominance of young and student readers who have high demands on li-braries. The sample also includes professionals working with algorithms, ensuring high represent-ativeness.

Steps to reproduce
Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS, while SmartPLS 3.0 was employed for assessing reliability, validity, and conducting direct path testing. Mediation analysis using the PROCESS macro in SPSS utilized a bootstrap method with 1000 iterations, employing model 7. Control variable testing for each variable was performed in SmartPLS.
