Raw LC–MS/MS data (.raw files) were generated on a Thermo ID-X mass spectrometer to provide evidence for the presence of BRP3 (a BRINP3-derived peptide) in murine brain, gut, and plasma. A synthetic standard (100nM) was used to confirm the identity of the endogenous BRP3 peptide.
