Description

The data shows the resonance frequency peaks and the output power level of MgTiO3 ceramic-based DRO when the diameter of the ceramics was varied from 5, 8 and 12 mm while maintaining the thickness the same (1.5 mm) and that was measured at 25 C using N9020A MXA Spectrum Analyzer (Keysight Technologies) operating between 10 Hz – 26.5 GHz using transverse electric (TE01) mode. When the diameter size increases, the position of the resonance frequency peaks shift from C- to the S-bands. Inversely, the output power values goes to the opposite direction (becomes positive along the increase of the diameter size).
