Description

Supplementary Data for ''Optimising the manufacture of perfluorocarbon nanodroplets through varying sonication parameters''. These .stl files are for the ice bath and 1.5 mL eppendorf tube holder lid (snaps onto ice bath). Suitable for printing in PLA. ''A manufacturing apparatus was developed to allow for repeatable, precise positioning of the sonicator probe. Utilising a single-axis micrometer translation stage (PT1/M, Thorlabs Inc., USA) in combination with a 3D-printed (Original Prusa i3 MK2, PLA filament) ice bath and a 1.5 mL tube (DNA LoBind Tubes, Eppendorf SE, Germany) support, repeatable positioning and temperature control of the ND manufacturing process was achieved.''
