This data provides the growth pattern, presence and its percentages in the amount of amino acid and fatty acid content in the selected five indigenous microalgae species with mentioning essential and non-essential classifications

Steps to reproduce

These data were collected complying ARRIVE guidelines. Growth was observed using F/2 Guillard's medium. Amino acid was analyzed using SYKAM amino acid analyzer. Fatty acid was analyzed using GCMS.
