Nanoindentation data (after correction for background) of nanoporous gold columns with different sample size to ligament size ratio

Steps to reproduce
Columns with different column diameter to ligament size ratio were cut out of a massive nanoporous gold sample by focused ion beam (FIB) and compressed by a nanoindentation device with a flat punch. The Sneddon-correction for substrate elasticity was applied to the data.
