Pilot study: The effect of Neurolinguistic programming on Anxiety, Self-Confidence, and Performance in Finswimming
Description
This file is related to a study conducted with two different teams of tunisian finswimmers. Participants are: elite finswimmers (assigned as 10 to the experimental group and 8 to the control group) and non-elite finswimmers (assigned as 15 to the experimental group and 15 to the control group). The file represents the data related to the French version of the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 Revised (CSAI-2R) and their physical performance, each in his specialty.

Steps to reproduce
The participants were either randomly assigned to the experimental or control group using the lottery method. The French version of the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 Revised (CSAI-2R) was distributed to the participants during the day of their physical performance assessment. We reproduced this assessment on three different days over time. One test before the neurolinguistic programming training has started (pretest), one test after the intervention (posttest), and one test after two weeks off with no intervention going on (follow-up test). In addition, we recorded their physical performance each in his specialty along the three time points.
