Description

Olink and raw mass cytometry data from longitudinal samples of symptomatic patients with positive SARS-CoV-2 PCR test admitted to Helsinki University Hospital, Helsinki Finland. The study includes 37 adults patients diagnosed with COVID-19 with blood samples from acute to recovery phases of the disease.
