Description

All data is in either MATLAB .mat format or images in .TIF format. Data includes processed neuronal activity derived from single-photon calcium imaging in mice, as well as positional information while mice explore one of two arenas. Folder names indicate the name of the arena, their chronological order within a day, and the arena rotation (or not) from the standard configuration on the first session of day 1 and day 2 (e.g. "2 - octagon 90CW" indicates that folder contains data from the second session recorded in the octagon arena and that the arena was rotated 90 degrees clockwise). NeuronROIs.mat: contains neuron ROIs for a given session recorded using calcium imaging. Pos_align.mat: position data (x_adj_cm and y_adj_cm) in centimeters aligned to imaging data. PSAbool = putative spiking activity (rows = neurons, columns = timestamps), RawTrace and LPtrace are the same as PSAbool but for full calcium traces and low-pass filtered calcium traces. ICmovie_min_proj.tif: minimum projection of imaging movie for a given session, used for image/neuron registration between sessions.
