Description
Data table that has been used for testing whether an association between louse abundance and variation in MHCII, or other factors exists. Each row represents an individual Galapagos Mockingbird and columns represent predictors tested. Most of the column names are self explanatory, except: Island = population identity; W.T = scaled weight (weight/tarsus length); Myrstot = louse abundance; H.L = heterophil/lymphocyte ratio; sX = presence or absence of supertype X. This data table has been generated by collecting data from two previously published articles (DOI: 10.1111/mec.13807 & 10.1111/j.1600-048X.2012.05725.x).
