Description

This dataset contains the anonymised survey data associated with the article “Enhancing social marketing through happiness management: the power of intrapreneurship, digital innovation, and creativity”, published in the International Journal of Internet Marketing and Advertising. The study examines the relationships among intrapreneurship, creativity, digital innovation, and happiness management in the workplace using data from 208 employees in Mexico. The variables were measured primarily through seven-point Likert-type scales, together with demographic and organisational characteristics of the respondents. The variables used in the published study include measures of creativity, digital innovation, intrapreneurship, and happiness management. The dataset provides the coded responses and supporting information required to identify and interpret the variables. These data were used for descriptive analysis, reliability and validity assessment, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM). The dataset is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, secondary analysis, and future research on employee well-being, innovation, intrapreneurship, creativity, and happiness management.
