There was no sample selection method followed. Being 18 years old and over, being literate, having no problems in communication organs and being a volunteer are the criteria for inclusion. Patients in the acute period, with cognitive impairments that prevented them from understanding and responding to the questions and consultation-liaison psychiatric outpatients were excluded from the study. An average of 40 patients applied to the clinics on a daily basis. The study sample consisted of 117 patients who filled out the data completely. Public data sharing is applicable to this article.

Data Collection Tools: Data were obtained from a questionnaire prepared by the researchers. The questionnaire was divided into two sections that looked at the patients' demographics as well as their experiences with and opinions on telepsychiatric interventions. It consisted of 21 questions. Section.1: It includes 11 open- and closed-ended questions about the patients' age, gender, marital status, educational status, whether they have a child, psychiatric diagnosis, and treatment. Section.2: It was developed by the research team in line with the literature. It consists of ten open- and closed-ended questions that assess people's opinions on the communication tools they prefer for tele-services, the advantages that they would like to gain from these services, and the opportunities and challenges that telepsychiatric services will provide. Telepsychiatric experiences of the patients before and during the pandemic were examined. Data Collection Process: One-time measures were used to collect data for the study. The data were obtained by the researchers reading the questions face-to-face with the patients in a safe and private environment. Each interview was conducted by the same researcher. The data collection process took approximately 10 minutes.
