This study is a meta-analysis of the predictive value of albumin and its related nutritional indicators for cognitive impairment after stroke. Our study found that patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment had poor nutritional status, specifically lower serum albumin levels, lower geriatric nutritional risk index, and lower HALP scores.
