Data for: 150 GHz photoresponse of low-dose radiation damaged silicon

TR-mmWC signal was obtained for gamma, proton and chlorine ion irradiated silicon samples. The millimeter wave signals were collected once in transmission mode and another time in reflection mode using the same detector responsivity. The CSV files have delay time and voltage columns. The laser pulse was repeated every 1 millisecond and approximately 4096 averages were done for the transient signal prior to storage.
