Description

This dataset includes a classification (table 1) and a mapping of the stakeholders involved in school catering in the Ile-de-France region (France) (Figure 1, Table 2). Based on Clarkson (1995) and da Cunha (2010), the stakeholders are divided into four categories (Table 1). The internal primary stakeholders are in charge of the school catering service. The external primary stakeholders are essential for the efficiency and the continuity of the catering service. The secondary stakeholders can influence or be influenced by the catering service. The authorities are the decision and policy-making centers.
