Description

This PDF contains the clinical resources employed by healthcare providers during the Improving Nighttime Access to Care and Treatment study: part 3- Haiti (INACT3-H). The three resources include; 1) clinical guidelines that were adapted for telemedicine use from the World Health Organization's Integrated Management of Childhood Illness in-person guidelines, 2) a case report form that guided the collection of study data, and 3) A medication formulary that outlined dosing recommendations and side effects for the medications/fluids included in the clinical guidelines. These resources were first developed in September 2018 for the INACT1-H study and have been periodically iterated based on real-world use. The version herein, is dated 2/16/2021 and was intended for use in the INACT3-H study alone.
