Description

Raw data on cell proliferation during whole-boy regeneration (cell reaggregation) in demosponge Halisarca dujardinii for the manuscript Lavrov et al. 'The role of cell proliferation and cell death in demosponge Halisarca dujardinii whole-body regeneration'. Data are represented by CLSM Z-stacks (DAPI, EdU, pH3, ac-alpha-Tubulin) stored in .ims format. Z-stacks contains the original image and Imaris-generated spots used to count nuclei/EdU-positive nuclei. This part of the dataset includes Z-stacks of intact sponge tissues and the following reaggregation stages: 1) primmorphs with developing aquiferous system, late stages (LAS).
