A cross-sectional study was conducted among 384 university students from December 2023 to May 2024 using a convenience sampling technique. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire, which included socio-demographic information, dietary assessment, which was assessed using a developed questionnaire, and mental health measurement using the Depression Anxiety and Stress scale (DA22-21). Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the factors associated with mental health. Odds ratio with a 95% confidence interval (CI) were used to quantify the relationship.
