We share here: - microclimate data (as .txt files) containing air temperature, soil temperature and relative humidity data - Land surface temperature metrics and other climatic data (as .csv file)

Steps to reproduce

These data were obtained from field data collection using miniaturized microclimate sensors (iButtons) on one hand, and land surface temperatures were extracted from drone-based thermal images (see method from data in brief or manuscript for more details).
