These data are the results of the computational fluid dynamics with Lagrangian particle tracking (CFD-LPT) simulations for the UH-AeroSAM unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Level 0 data are the raw particle tracking data for the simulations. These could not be uploaded due to the large file sizes, but can be available on request to the authors of https://doi.org/10.5194/amt-2020-247. Level 1 data are the particle tracks extracted for various planes above the propeller plane and radial distances around the centre of the UAV. Level 2 data are the radially stratified velocity data.

These data were produced using the Star-CCM+ PDE solver using a method described in https://doi.org/10.5194/amt-2020-247.
