Description of this data

Scanning Data (*.osc), TSL OIM files, and ang files (where applicable) for Sample 3, 4, and 5

*.osc and *.oim are compatible/created with EDAX OIM 7.3.1.
*.oim files contain all evaluations.
*.ang can be opened by most EBSD softwares. They are not included for sample 5 due to file size limitations.
