This data aimed to investigate factors affecting 1) knowledge, skills, and competencies and 2) employability as the outcome of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). A survey approach was done to 1086 respondents (medical edication students) in which the instrument was drafted, validated, and examined for the reliability.
