Nyvltova-A MS analysis of proteins immunoprecipitated from wild-type HEK293T mitochondrial extracts with antibodies against COX11, PET191, and COX19. Rabbit IgG was used as the negative control. A1-Analysis (original raw data in Scaffold). A2- Samples Report. Nyvltova-B MS analysis of proteins immunoprecipitated with beads conjugated with a FLAG antibody (anti-DYDDDDDK beads, Sigma), from mitochondrial extracts of COX11-KO + COX11-FLAG, PET191-KO + PET191-FLAG, and COX19-KO + COX19-FLAG. WT HEK293T was used as the negative control. The mitochondrial samples were treated with crosslinker DSP prior to extraction and immunoprecipitation. Two independent repetitions were performed. Nyvltova-C MS analysis of proteins immunoprecipitated with beads conjugated with a FLAG antibody (anti-DYDDDDDK beads, Sigma), from mitochondrial extracts of COX11-KO + COX11-FLAG, PET191-KO + PET191-FLAG, and COX19-KO + COX19-FLAG. WT HEK293T was used as the negative control. Two independent repetitions were performed.
