Description

Knee cartilage thickness trajectory groups from the Osteoarthritis Initiative (OAI) dataset, as described in Journal of Orthopaedic Research article by Iriondo, C et al. titled "Towards Understanding Mechanistic Subgroups of Osteoarthritis: 8 Year Cartilage Thickness Trajectory Analysis". Subgroup key: {0: stable subgroup, 1: accelerated thickening, 2: plateaued thickening, 3: thickening to thinning, 4: accelerated thinning, 5: plateaued thinning, 6: thinning to thickening} Cartilage compartment key: {LT: lateral tibia, MT: medial tibia, cMF: weight-bearing medial femur, cLF: weight-bearing lateral femur, P: patella}. Each row corresponds to a unique patient-knee (1666 rows total). For each cartilage compartment, a value of 1 indicates belonging to that subgroup.
