Sub offspring of PRS pregnancies demonstrated elevated basal serum corticosterone levels (A), alongside reduced hippocampal GR expression (B), while MR expression was reduced among Sub PRS offspring, relative to Dom counterparts (C). GR DNA-binding factor 1 (GRLF1) expression was unchanged by PRS (D).
