Videos were flown over preprogrammed strip transects at Kullaberg nature reserve, Sweden in the Months from June 2023 until September 2023 via Unmanned Aerial Vehicle. Environmental covariates such as temperature, wind speed, sea state, cloud cover were recorded for every flight. Videos were reviewed twice to count the number of harbour porpoises and seals in each area and density was derived by calculating the number of animals per area. Boat presence was also recorded for each flight as well as date, time and number of transects in order to calculate strip width.
