Description

Pectobacterium carotovorum was isolated from a diseased onion plant in Texas. The whole genome sequence was annotated on Rapid Annotations using Subsystems Technology (RAST) server/SEED database. The raw dataset of genome annotation is reported here.

Steps to reproduce

Annotation of the genome of Pectobacterium carotovorum strain 21TX0081 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/wgs/JANIEP01?display=contigs) was done using RAST server (https://rast.nmpdr.org/) and SEED Viewer embedded in the SEED database (https://www.theseed.org/wiki/Home_of_the_SEED).
