Description

Basing on solar combined gas heating system, a test method for operating performance of the system was applied. To evaluate the operating performance of system in energy saving, environmental protection and economic benefit, related test points were laid out. By a certain of test devices, a series of parameters were tested and the data values were shown in these datasets. In this experiment, daily hot water consumption of 300 L and space heating load of 4 kW were chosen, test schedule for hot water consumption was formulated throughout the day, by regularly discharging water to realize the simulation of user's domestic hot water consumption, namely 10% of total daily heat consumption of domestic hot water was discharged at 8:00 am, 5% at 9:00 am, 10% at 11:00 am, 10% at 1:00 pm, 5% at 3:00 pm, 5% at 4:00 pm, 5% at 5:00 pm, 10% at 6:00 pm, 10% at 7:00 pm, 15% at 8:00 pm, and 15% at 9:00 pm. Taking 24 h as a test cycle, the value of test parameters were recorded every 15 s. When outlet water temperature of solar collector was 4℃ higher than water tank temperature, solar collector cycle was started; when outlet water temperature of solar collector was less than 2℃ higher than water tank temperature, solar collector cycle was closed. For gas boiler, operating condition settings were as follows, the temperature settings for domestic hot water and space heating were 45℃ and 45℃ in 12/17/2019 respectively, 50℃ and 50℃ in 12/20/2019, 50℃ and 45℃in 12/27/2019, 45℃ and 50℃ in 12/30/2019, 55℃ and 55℃ in 01/04/2020, and 50℃ and 55℃ in 01/08/2020.
