Description

Reflectance of the optimized ARC design for (a) InGaP/GaAs double junction solar cells (four-layer ARC) and (b) InGaAsP/InGaAs double junction solar cells (six-layer ARC). Photocurrent variation caused by an ARC designed for double junction solar cells of (c) InGaP/GaAs and (d) InGaAsP/InGaAs, depending on the number of ARC layers.
