Description

We investigated the ability of the phytol and alkenone-based pCO2 proxies to reconstruct glacial-interglacial pCO2 by comparing biomarker proxy estimates from ODP Site 846 with Antarctic ice core data over the last ~350 ka. The dataset here includes biomarker δ13C, εp and pCO2 estimates, as well as foraminiferal (G. ruber and N. dutertrei) δ13C and δ18O values, and UK'37-based SST estimates.
