Anonymized survey data from 6,314 licensed football coaches in Poland, examining work–family conflict, family resources, family time, optimism, and burnout dimensions. Data were collected online during coaching conferences across all 16 regional football associations.

Steps to reproduce
The data were collected through an anonymous cross-sectional online survey administered via Microsoft Forms between 23 November and 20 December 2025 during coaching conferences held across all 16 regional football associations of the Polish Football Association (PZPN). Participation was voluntary, and the study was approved by the authors’ institutional ethics board (Resolution number 1/15.07.2024). The dataset includes anonymized responses from 6,314 licensed football coaches in Poland, predominantly men (96.8%), with a mean age of 38.97 years. The survey included the Link Burnout Questionnaire, the Life Orientation Test–Revised, work–family conflict items, family-resource and family-time items, and selected sociodemographic and coaching-related variables. Before publication, direct identifiers and non-analytic administrative fields were removed. Variable labels and response categories were translated into English, and the analytic sample size was preserved. The dataset can be used to reproduce descriptive statistics, reliability estimates, correlations, confirmatory factor analyses, regression models, and moderation analyses reported in the associated manuscript.
