This is the minimal dataset for the manuscript with the title "Effective and simple NaOH-modification method to remove Methyl violet dye via Ipomoea aquatica roots". This dataset is derived from the batch adsorption experimental for the removal of methyl violet 2B dye using NaOH to chemical modify ipooea aquatica roots (kangkong / water spinach).
