Raw ospC typing data and R code used for data analyses and figure generation for the manuscript "Population dynamics of the Lyme disease bacterium, Borrelia burgdorferi, during rapid range expansion in New York State" submitted to Molecular Ecology. Data shows the number of ticks from which ospC was successfully amplified and the number of ticks that were positive for each ospC genotype in each of the 79 site-years included in the study. R code shows the script used for analyses and figure generation in the R environment.
